Return and exchange
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it within (7) days of receiving the product, but on the condition that you guarantee to us that the product is intact, in its original condition, with all its accessories, and in its original packaging, and has not been opened, as will be the exceptions.
– Replacement, return, cancellation, and consideration of the request can only come on the basis of a purchase invoice containing Aljasim Company’s products from the official store, no later than one month from the date of purchase.
– The store has the right to cancel the order if there is no available quantity of the product.
– When ordering one of the discounted products or what comes with the offers or using a discount code, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
– In the case of orders from Gulf countries, the order cannot be canceled or returned if the order has been shipped.
-Paper products are break-resistant plastic, not shatterproof. The product is not eligible to be returned after it has been broken, as this depends mainly on use.
Shipping and delivery policy..
The shipping company cooperating with us will, according to its capabilities, either deliver the order to your doorstep or a central collection point chosen by the shipping company for receipt or a branch of the shipping company in your city. If you live in a village, the nearest city has a branch of the shipping company.
The shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange the delivery method as mentioned in the previous point. Failure to respond means your shipment will be placed at the nearest branch of the shipping company, and you will need to collect it in person. The shipping company reserves the right not to deliver again if you do not respond on the designated delivery day. This will be noted in the shipment tracking information by the shipping company. Aljasim Company holds no responsibility if the customer does not respond to the shipping company. You can contact the shipping company directly and arrange for a new delivery if the previous one (paid but unsuccessful) did not occur. The shipping company may charge additional fees for this new delivery as an extra service.
– Aljasim website customer is responsible for choosing his shipment delivery address. In the event of any error, the responsibility falls on him. This matter may be remedied if a complete cancellation of the order is requested before a tracking number is issued for the shipment by the shipping company. If the number is issued, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances, noting that an email requesting cancellation and response must be sent during the official working days from Sunday to Thursday. From 9 am to 6 pm.

Dear Customer,
If you refuse to accept the order, fail to receive it, or there is an issue with the delivery information (e.g., mobile number, etc.) for your paid order and shipping is covered by the shipping company responsible for delivering your order, or if you fail to collect it from the branch within the period specified in the shipping company’s policy, or if you choose an incorrect address, it will be returned to our warehouses. This will incur return shipping costs from the shipping company. In the event the shipment is confirmed to have returned to the warehouse and the customer wishes to have it resent, they will be required to pay the cost of order preparation, return shipping, and the new shipping fee to send it again. Alternatively, the customer can request a refund of the order amount, minus the costs of preparation and shipping to the customer, return shipping costs incurred, payment processing fees (depending on the payment method used), and an administrative fee of 10 AED. Please note that the shipping company reserves the right to destroy the order if it is not collected after the period specified in the shipping company’s policy without prior notice. This applies to all local and international shipments.
– In the event that the order is not received from the shipping company and is prepaid by the customer and the order is returned to our warehouse by the shipping company, the customer has the choice either to return the amount minus the full amount of dues mentioned and incurred by the store or to pay an additional shipping amount and the value of preparing a new order to be sent. within two months of placing the original request.
Exceptions:
– If the product is returned due to a defect from the manufacturer in the event of opening or as a result of damage during delivery of the product or due to delivery of the incorrect/wrong product, additional fees for the shipping service will not be calculated (please attach a video or picture explaining the defect) with the purchase invoice from the site or The store must first be verified by the relevant team.
-In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer’s desire has changed in general), the shipping fee to the store (25 AED) will be charged to the customer.
– In the event of an exchange, a shipping fee from the warehouse will be charged to the customer (25 AED) in addition to the previous shipping fees.
-When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, unopened.
-We do not accept returns of products that contain scratches or are damaged due to misuse.
– If the company deems that the customer deserves compensation based on the applicable policies, this matter will be one time only.
-We have the right to refuse to return products that do not meet the above-mentioned standards, as they will be returned to the customer bearing the round-trip shipping fees at the prices mentioned previously.
– If the order is canceled by the customer and before it leaves our warehouses, an administrative fee of (10 AED) will be taken, and in the event of its departure, the full shipping fees will be taken in addition to the administrative fees and deducted from the value of the order if the customer does not receive the order after shipping. The amount of fees for using all payment transactions (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) is deducted in both cases (before the order leaves the warehouse or after it leaves).
-Shipping fees and cash upon delivery service fees are not refundable in the event of returning or exchanging the product.
Shipping and delivery fees cannot be refunded if the order is received from the shipping company’s branch or delivered to the recipient’s location if there is any delay on the part of the shipping company before or after the period during which the shipment is expected to arrive in the recipient’s city.
The above conditions are complementary to each other.

The process of refunding the money paid takes place from two to 14 working days after the shipment arrives at the warehouse and is verified, or when the order is canceled and before it leaves our warehouse.
– The customer has no right to claim anything if more than the period specified above has passed.
